Our Founders
PLP was founded by Mark Detmer and Ryan Sitov, two seasoned leaders with extensive experience in industrial real estate investment, acquisitions, and asset management. Their expertise, combined with a commitment to innovation, sets PLP apart as a premier partner in the industry.

Mark Detmer
Prior to founding PLP, Mark served 12 years as Senior Managing Director of Industrial Markets at JLL, 7 years as Executive Director of Industrial Markets at Cushman & Wakefield, and 9 years as Senior Vice President of Trammell Crow Company.
Mark earned his BS in Pre-Med/Biology at Arizona State University. Mark, lives with his wife and two children.
Ryan Sitov
Prior to PLP, Ryan spent 12 years with JLL focusing on industrial capital markets along the west coast. Ryan led their Northern California team and was a member of JLL’s Industrial Capital Market Group Council. Prior to JLL, Ryan spent four years with Newmark Cornish & Carey as a leasing broker specializing in industrial properties along the I-880 Corridor.
Ryan earned his BS in Finance from Arizona State University. Ryan, lives with his wife and three children in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Ryan Devine
Ryan Devine is Vice President of Acquisitions at Premier Logistics Properties. His primary responsibilities include evaluating, sourcing, and performing due diligence on prospective investment opportunities.
Prior to PLP, Ryan spent seven years in acquisitions at Clarion Partners, contributing to the execution of more than 50 transactions across the United States totaling over $5.5 billion. He also served as a part-time lecturer in UCLA’s Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program.
Ryan earned his BBA in Real Estate and Finance, Investment, and Banking from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2018.
Ja’Net Maraire
Ja’Net Maraire is the Senior Executive Assistant at Premier Logistics Properties. Her primary responsibilities include serving as a key operational partner across multi-office functions, streamlining internal processes, and supporting the efficient execution of real estate investment activities.
Prior to PLP, Ja’Net spent 10 years at GLP Capital Partners, supporting executive leadership in fast-paced, investment-focused environments, managing complex calendars, travel logistics, and high-stakes meetings with precision.
Ja’Net oversees the planning and execution of investor-facing meetings, corporate events, and internal operations, consistently delivering a high standard of professionalism, precision, and seamless execution.
